Christmas Biscuits

I have spent a long time finding the perfect biscuit recipe which ensures that the biscuit holds it’s shape whilst baking. This recipe from Nigella Lawson is perfect.

For this activity I used this Nigella Lawson recipe and used the Christmas cookie cutter from our December activity box.

We spilt the dough in half and we put one half in the freezer, so we could make some more biscuits on a rainy afternoon.

This was a lovely simple baking activity, which we will repeat closer to Christmas.

Unfortunately there are no photos of the finished biscuits because they all got eaten.
